Thank you for your commitment to serve our congregants in the role of a Celebration College and Young Adults Group Leader.  Please complete one form per person that is committing to be a Celebration College and Young Adults Group Leader with your most up to date information and your preferred contacts. 

With submission of this form you are committing to one semester of serving in the role of a Celebration College and Young Adults Group Leader. At the end of the committed semester of serving, our CYA group leadership team will meet with you to go over an end of the semester review of your experience as a group leader.
